I am a Korean artist working with traditional hanji paper to create botanical forms inspired by nature.

My work began with a curiosity about how traditional materials could be used in new ways.
While paper flowers exist in many cultures, I became fascinated with how hanji’s unique texture and translucency could transform floral forms.

Each flower is carefully hand-tinted and shaped by hand.
The process is slow and meditative — allowing the paper to move and respond naturally.
Through my work I hope to share the quiet beauty of hanji and introduce more people to this remarkable material.
